I'll leave passion for the Don Juans, the Cassanovas and the Lotharios for I’ve seen the passion in the broken hearts, the jilted lovers and the divorced couples. You may well need passion to start something, but the driving force to see something through is far beyond passion. We are not talking about passion. You want passion, go read Shakespeare.
We are driven individuals and those are whom we will work with, contradictory traits sometimes harmonized, sometimes at logger-heads. Those with the self-belief to appear to be up their own, but with the clarity to admit something stinks. Those who stay the course, but won't hesitate to state it is the wrong direction and plot a new course. And it's new course because we were wrong, not this pivot rubbish; we were wrong, we admit it, own it and move on.
Those who who look around, and ask themselves "Why?" Those whose very being is perturbed by what others accept as the way it is. Those who issue the reply "Because I need to do this". Righting wrongs, elevating us, whatever, it's not for others first and foremost, but for yourself, for your need to adhere to what runs deep within you and certainly not fame, fortune nor adulation.
We are not the deluded type, who believe we can reach for the stars and proceed to jump off the nearest cliff - arms flapping, face smashing. No, we are the different type of deluded, that reaches for the stars, but takes off from the ground.

Ace is very much involved at all levels of Spark Studio, from idea origination and startup viability assessment to investment research and recommendations, and his door is open to all who would like to converse with him.
Ace is a Master of Arts in Creative Technology, as well as holding a First Class with Honours Degree in Media Technology and has over 23 years of experience in digital media production, starting fully in the days of the Commodore Amiga. That’s not including his 8-bit days on the fabled ZX Spectrum starting from 1984.
In addition to helping emerging companies through stages of their development, he founded Light Within Productions in 2010; a video marketing production company. Focused on assisting established companies and start-ups in all regions, to facilitate using video as an integrated communication medium alongside and in other channels, to increase its effectiveness by utilizing science, data, research and creativity in order to communicate the appropriate message to obtain the targeted response.
Ace is a British national, currently residing in Jakarta. Unlike this self-obsessed soliloquy, Ace is not all about himself, however when writing a bio, it would be strange to not write it about myself. For transparencies sake his real name is 'Arfan', however he goes by the nickname 'Ace'.
Bing Robbin Muliadi, based in the Jakarta, Indonesia; is the founder / CEO of PT. Digital Mandiri Teknologi, which provides digital marketing services via programmatic technology. He brings over 13 years experience in media and advertising.
He started his career with RCTI, one of Indonesia’s largest TV networks, handling top agencies and brands. Robbin then went onto event organizing, working with top-tier clients such as Astro, FIF and LG.
In 2010, Robbin starting working with Effective Measure International, a digital audience measurement platform, starting the Indonesian company from scratch to a notable position in the industry.
Robbin brings an extensive skill-set honed and refined, that includes media and digital advertising, SEO/SEM and web analytics. He has a degree from Universitas Kristen Petra in Economics and Management.
Robbin is also the founding partner of Spark Studio and Spark Labs alongside Ace Karim.
Daniel is an entrepreneur, nomad, teacher, learner, optimist, content marketer, and founder of The Experiment. His sector specific experience covers initial traction through smart content, detailed market research, customer acquistion and proven conversion techniques.
He loves working with some of the brightest minds the world has to offer. Iron sharpens iron and in his honest opinion entrepreneurs are the sharpest tools in the shed. His mentorship philosophy can be summed up by no-less than Confucius himself - "Tell me and I will forget, show me and I may remember, involve me and I will understand."
